The hotel room was super clean, although a bit tighter, and at a very affordable price. The service from reception and the manager was friendly, but there were some communication issues speaking German. The location is great, close to public transportation and within walking distance of many attractions, but the street noise could be a bother. The dining experience was decent with a variety of food options. Overall, a good value for money stay.
When I arrived, I noticed a slight hint of smoke in the air around the hotel, but once I stepped into my room, I was greeted by very spacious and extremely comfortable beds. The location was great, very close to the city center and conveniently situated along the tram route. The staff was genuinely nice and very helpful, from arranging my transportation to being professional throughout. The dining experience was good with a variety of hot and cold food options, although there were some issues like a long wait for toast and green boiled eggs. The facilities were nice but lacked some aspects that would have made the stay even better.
